Audit & Matching
We scrutinize the global market: production capacity, purity control, certifications, reference customers. Our audit includes factory visits, process validation and documentation review. Only when a manufacturer meets all criteria do they enter our network — currently 60+ qualified producers in 14 countries.
Sample & Validation
You receive samples with complete analytics: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with material-specific trace element analysis, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS). We support qualification in your process and coordinate technical queries directly with the manufacturer.
Direct Contract
Direct contract between you and the manufacturer. You see the manufacturer's price, delivery terms and specifications. No hidden trader margin. Hansemut receives a transparent management fee — separately stated, fairly calculated.
Logistics & Compliance
We manage the entire supply chain: collection from the manufacturer, customs clearance, transport insurance, incoming goods inspection. Every delivery with complete batch traceability, CoA verification and release protocol. In case of deviations, we intervene — before the goods reach your facility.
How we evaluate manufacturers.
Before a manufacturer enters our network, they undergo a multi-stage audit. We verify on-site — not based on catalog data. 60+ manufacturers in 14 countries have passed this process.
Production Quality
We evaluate the entire production process: melting procedures, atomization technology, particle classification, wire drawing precision, ingot casting. Key criterion: reproducibility across batches.
